Our Vision: Enhancing quality of life through the impact of community engagement and participation.

Our Aim: To improve health and wellbeing outcomes and strengthen social connections for adults across Derby City.

Our Objectives:

1. To deliver accessible, Trauma aware community events and workshops.

2. To provide personalised, relational outreach support.

3. To operate a warm, inclusive Community Café that reduces isolation.

We are here to support adults living in Derby who are experiencing any of the following:

• Low to medium Mental Health needs
• Loneliness & Community isolation
• Poor / Unsafe living conditions
