Impact Report 2023–2025 Between 2023 and 2025, Clear Mind Derby strengthened its role as a trusted, trauma‑aware organisation supporting adults across Derby who face isolation, mental health challenges, and barriers to traditional services. Over this period, we delivered accessible workshops, a warm and inclusive community café, and a stabilising outreach service that became a lifeline for many. As the report states, CMD “created safe, welcoming spaces where adults could build confidence, strengthen social connections, and access timely, compassionate support.”

Our work reduced loneliness, improved wellbeing, and helped people navigate complex systems with dignity. With 151 referrals from GPs, social prescribers, housing teams, and community partners, CMD acted as a “community‑based waiting room,” preventing crisis and keeping people connected to hope.

The report highlights the impact of our community café, food support, workshops, and relational outreach, as well as the voices of community members who described feeling “supported,” “welcomed without judgement,” and “part of something.”

As we move into 2026, our priorities are clear: sustainable funding, deeper partnerships, expanded community spaces, and the safe relaunch of our outreach service. Together, we continue to build a Derby where everyone is met with safety, dignity, and connection.
